By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, or booking accommodation and packages with Gantavya Retreat Dandeli, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and official confirmation has been provided by our team.

Room availability, package prices, and activity availability are subject to confirmation.

Package Inclusions

The 1-night and 2-day package may include:

Accommodation
One lunch
One dinner
One breakfast
Vegetarian and non-vegetarian buffet meals
Selected resort and adventure activities

Only the services mentioned in the confirmed booking will be included.

Transportation

Transportation to and from Gantavya Retreat Dandeli is not included unless specifically mentioned in the booking confirmation.

Children’s Policy

Children below five years may stay complimentary when sharing existing accommodation.

Children aged five to ten years may be charged 50% of the applicable tariff. Valid age proof may be requested.

Extra-Cost Activities

River rafting, jungle safari, transportation, and other services not included in the selected package will be charged separately.

Prices may vary depending on season, weather, water levels, government rules, operator charges, and availability.

Check-In and Check-Out

Guests must follow the check-in and check-out timings communicated during booking.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must provide accurate personal and booking details. Valid government-issued identification may be required during check-in.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and must follow all resort rules and safety instructions.

Adventure Activity Safety

Participation in adventure activities is voluntary and subject to age, health condition, weather, river conditions, government restrictions, and safety approvals.

Guests must follow the instructions of guides, instructors, and resort staff.

Property Damage

Any damage caused to resort property, rooms, equipment, furniture, or activity materials may be charged to the responsible guest.

Changes to Services

Activities, meals, schedules, room allocation, and package inclusions may be modified due to weather, maintenance, safety concerns, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Gantavya Retreat Dandeli will not be responsible for loss of personal belongings, travel delays, injuries caused by ignoring safety instructions, third-party service failures, or disruptions caused by natural events.
